Encompass Chardonnay - Pinot Noir: A pale gold colour with a very fine mousse in the glass. Chardonnay dominance brings crisp fruit freshness with toasted brioche and a hint of pear and apricot, whilst the Pinot adds depth and compexity to the palate. The mousse is mouthfilling and fine, accentuating the fruit flavours and aromas. Further rich toasted notes are evident on the long finish. Deliciously balanced with softness to counter the crisp fruit.
